RETURN POLICY
The costs of returning the products are borne by our customer.
Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, that is, without their packaging having been unsealed or tampered with, along with the retail receipt or invoice.
Exceptions to the right to withdraw/cancel/change an order:
The right to withdraw/cancel/change an order does not apply to the following cases:
- In special orders with living rooms, upholstered beds, and more generally products that were ordered/manufactured exclusively for you, either from domestic or foreign suppliers/manufacturers
- In seasonal species, such as Summer/sea species after the specific time periods have passed.
- In hygiene-related products (e.g. mattresses, pillows, etc.) provided they have been unsealed.
- The supply of goods or the provision of services where the price depends on fluctuations in the money market which cannot be controlled and which may occur within the withdrawal period.
In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you the value of the products you have purchased (excluding any costs of transport services that have already been used), without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. However, we have the right to withhold the refund of the price until we have received the products back or you have provided us with evidence that you have sent them to us. We will carry out the above refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Specifically in the case of debiting via credit/debit card as follows: in the event that the value of the entire purchase has been paid to our company by the Bank, our company is obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will proceed with any action provided for based on the contract it has drawn up with the customer. Following this information, the company bears no responsibility for the time and manner of executing the reversal, which is regulated by the contract between the Credit Card Issuer and you.
In the event of your withdrawal, you will be liable for any reduction in value only as a result of the handling of the products other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
The customer is liable to compensate the company if he made use other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the period up to the declaration of withdrawal. The establishment of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods should be based on the information provided on the outer packaging of each product, as well as the supplementary information provided by the company and in any case without opening the packaging of the products and putting the goods into operation. The company is willing to inform the customer of any question regarding the nature and functioning of the products by providing additional information material electronically or otherwise. In case of opening the packaging and/or putting the products into operation, their value automatically decreases as the product is classified as second-hand and the customer must compensate the company for the reduction in the value of the product. The reduction in value from opening the packaging and subsequently from the classification of the product as used is examined on a case-by-case basis and determined by the company.
In the event that the withdrawal concerns the provision of services, the customer must pay an amount proportional to the services provided until the declaration of withdrawal.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Company has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without any other party to a total or partial offset of this claim against the customer.
Product Change
Any exchange must be made within 3 days of the date of receipt, with the proof of purchase (because it helps us to serve you promptly and reliably) that accompanies the product. The products to be exchanged must be returned intact, in their packaging, without having been opened or assembled – and the products to be purchased must be of equal or greater value.
In the event of a change, all transportation costs are borne by our customer.
Defective products
In the event of any defective products upon delivery, please contact us on the same day or until the day after the date of receipt, provided that you have the proof of purchase accompanying the product, in order to exercise your rights as described in detail below (see seller's liability for actual defects), namely replacement of defective products, price reduction or withdrawal and return of defective products and price on both sides. Replacement of the product can only be done if its packaging is presented (so that the product can be returned to the supplier) and only if the defect does not result from misuse by the consumer or violation of the product's instructions for use.
For products with a factory warranty, we can inform you where you should contact for replacement or repair.
In the case of returning defective products, the return is made to the company under the care of the customer, who is responsible for the return with the original proof of purchase.
Our company takes every possible measure to ensure that all products (regardless of type) are specially and carefully packaged in order to reach you without damage. Our company is also aware that its products include fragile and/or sensitive items and for this reason it takes all the necessary measures (in cooperation with its suppliers and carriers) so that these items are shipped in special packaging that fully protects them from any damage during their transport and/or storage. In very rare cases, however, there is a risk that one of these products may be damaged during shipment to you. Also, in very rare cases, there is a possibility that you may receive a product with a defect. For this reason, and regardless of your aforementioned right of withdrawal, which is not affected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt.
However, if you find that there is damage and/or a defect in the product, then you are requested to inform us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us by e-mail and/or by phone at , stating whether you wish to be sent a new one for replacement or if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

A. Return due to defective product or incorrect order:

2. In case of a defective product, send us a clear photo of the product showing the problem to info@eviliohome.gr .
3. Fill out the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM and send it along with the return product.
4. Prepare the product so that it is well packaged for shipment.

B. Return due to change of mind (withdrawal):
As long as the return conditions mentioned above are met, you can choose any shipping company. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

2. Fill out the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM and send it along with the return product.
3. Prepare the product so that it is well packaged for shipment.

Evilio is entitled to withhold the refund until it receives the products back or until the customer provides proof of shipment.
Refunds are made within 14 days of returning the products.
The refund will be made to the same payment method used to complete the order. In cases of cash on delivery and bank deposit, please indicate the account on the PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM . Proof of purchase is required for returns.
