DELIVERY PLACE AND TIME

Orders are accepted for product deliveries only within the territory of the Greek State, in cases of orders from another country, the customer/user must indicate to us the transport agency/courier where he wants the products to be delivered. Orders are executed within eight working hours (9:00am - 5:00pm) excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

The times and days of the routes of each mission, are defined unilaterally by the company NIKAPA EE (hereinafter referred to as “company”) or by the cooperating transport/logistics agency and are notified to the customer/user. In cases where the customer/user cannot receive the goods on the day and time that has been set, the transport company sets a new delivery day and notifies the customer/user. In cases where the customer cannot receive the goods even at the next appointment, then he must collect the products by his own means of transport from the warehouse closest to his area cooperating with the company. Orders that include products on order are sent immediately after the collection of all the products at the company’s warehouses in Sindos, Thessaloniki (for areas concerning Northern Greece) or in Tavros, Attica (for areas concerning Southern Greece). Partial shipment of individual products of an order is not excluded, provided that this is agreed with the customer.

ORDER DELIVERY METHOD

Shipping to the customer/user in areas covered by the company's distribution network.

The products and services delivered after the sale are sent to the address and recipient that the customer/user has declared when submitting his order, which has been accepted by the company. The company freely chooses the means of shipment as long as the place of delivery is served by its distribution network, and notifies the customer either by telephone or in the electronic correspondence of the acceptance of the order. The customer/user is also informed in the above manner about the shipping costs of the order. If the shipment concerns a remote or inaccessible destination (indicatively and not restrictively, island or border area, etc.) then the customer/user may be informed later either by telephone or by electronic mail (e-mail).

  • In most of the above areas, delivery is limited to the sidewalk of the entrance (except in Athens and Thessaloniki where there is the possibility of going up to a floor). In cases where the cooperating transport agency is unable to deliver to the entrance sidewalk, delivery will be made to the nearest possible delivery point.
  • The delivery of products to a floor is carried out if the product or products of the order fit in the elevator, or the width of the stairs allows their passage. Alternatively, the use of an elevator is recommended (with the corresponding charge which is indicated in the options of the lift service), especially for large-volume items (e.g. living rooms). In cases where the lift to a floor is deemed impossible by the stairs or by the elevator, then the delivery will be made on the sidewalk of the entrance and the company will refund the agreed amount of the lift service, if this has been paid. (The lift service is available only in the cities of Thessaloniki and Athens).
  • Delivery concerns large urban centers, any other area (e.g. villages, remote areas) may be considered inaccessible areas, as a result of which they do not belong to the company's distribution network. In these cases, the company reserves the right to refuse delivery of the goods or request an additional charge from the customer/user.
  • In the event that the delivery address provided by the customer/user is difficult to access by the company/transport agency's means of transport (e.g. truck) or entry is not permitted by the company/transport agency's means of transport, then please inform us when placing the order so that appropriate measures can be taken. In the event that the information is not provided, then the company/transport agency has the right to deliver the products to the nearest point accessible by the means of transport or to request an additional charge from the customer/user for the delivery of the goods to the entrance sidewalk.

Deliveries to areas outside the company's Distribution Network – obligations

In the event that the customer specifies in the order to be submitted a delivery location outside the company's Distribution Network (all areas not mentioned above), then the customer is obliged to choose the shipping method himself with a carrier appointed by him, while the company fulfills its obligation for the transfer and delivery of the item by delivering the item in perfect condition and packaging, to the carrier designated by the buyer. The risk from the sale in this case passes to the buyer at the time of delivery of the sold goods by the company to the carrier. The customer will be informed of this obligation (regarding the designation of a carrier and direct billing of the customer by the carrier) when submitting their order. In the event of delivery to areas outside the company's Distribution Network, the cash on delivery payment method is not available.

General terms and conditions for shipping products and services

The company reserves the right to modify the methods, terms and prices of shipping at will and without prior notice, being obliged to inform its prospective customers of these changes by revising these terms of use of the Evilio electronic platform (e-shop).

Pickup from Warehouses

The company provides the customer with the possibility of receiving the products and services sold through the online store, when they are available, from the warehouses of the company NIKAPA EE, area of ​​AGIOS ADRIANOU & TSILIKANIDOU, 21100, NAFPLIO . In particular, the customer is entitled to select through the online store the product(s) that he/she wishes to receive from the warehouses/logistics, provided that the products have been collected and are ready for collection. The company's employees must inform the customer/user when the products are ready for collection.

In the event that the product(s) requested by the customer/user are available in the warehouses/logistics, the customer will be able to come to the warehouses/logistics to receive the sold items, after at least one hour has passed since submitting his order through the online store (for example, if the customer places an order at 3:00 p.m., he will be able to receive it from the store he has chosen at least after 4:00 p.m.). In the event that it is found that a user is abusively exercising this option provided to him by the company (e.g. repeated ordering of items through the online store and failure to receive them from the warehouses, etc.), the latter may reject and refuse the order of the said user through the option of receiving from the store. In the event that the customer does not come to the store to receive the items sold (i.e., receive the items and pay the price) within 30 days from the moment the products are ready for collection, then the sale is automatically canceled, subject to the resolutive condition of the above deadline for the customer to fulfill his obligations.

In particular, for the cooperating transport company in Egaleo, Attica, the receipt of the goods must take place within 5 working days from the moment the customer is notified that their products are available for collection.

An extension of the deadline is only possible for reasons of force majeure, provided that these are notified in due time by the customer and confirmed in writing. In the event of cancellation, the company NIKAPA EE bears no responsibility for this reason. In the event that an advance payment has been given by the customer/user for a special product order upon the company's request, then the company reserves the right to withhold this advance payment and cancel the order.
There may be shipping costs for receipt from central warehouses, depending on the supplier's location.

Responsible for receipt on behalf of the customer

In any case, the receipt is made by the person mentioned in the order as the recipient upon presentation of their ID card or passport or in general a public document suitable for proving their identity. In the event that the person mentioned in the order as the recipient cannot receive the order themselves, they must notify us in writing at the company's e-mail address. iinfo@eviliohome.gr NIKAPA EE reserves the right to demand a refund from the supervisor or guardian of any orders placed by legally incompetent persons.

Deadline for fulfillment of the sale - delivery

The delivery time of the products and services sold is specified in the order depending on availability, confirmed upon acceptance of the order by the company, and is a maximum of sixty (60) working days from the time of the sale unless there is special , different agreement of the parties confirmed in writing, by electronic mail. In case such time is not agreed and confirmed for any reason in the above manner, the delivery will be made within sixty days at the latest (60) working days from the acceptance of the order and preparation of the sale. In the event of an extraordinary and unforeseen obstacle that the company NIKAPA EE may encounter regarding the delivery of the product/products, the latter is entitled to postpone the delivery of all or part of the sold products and services, by its written declaration (e-mail message) to the customer (in parallel, a telephone update will be made), provided that the total waiting time, including the postponement, does not exceed sixty (60) days from the time of approval of the order and preparation of the sale. Otherwise, in the event of exceeding the sixty (60) day deadline due to an obstacle or inability of the COMPANY to make the delivery to the customer, then only the customer will be entitled, if he so wishes, to set a new second deadline for delivery in excess of the sixty (60) days (such a new deadline is not necessary if the company refuses delivery in general, or if the delivery would serve the customer's interests only if it were made within the legal deadline of sixty (60) days and the customer had informed the company accordingly). If the additional deadline set by the customer is not met, then the latter is entitled to terminate the sales contract with respect to the overdue items. The remainder of the order is executed normally except in the case where the items in the order are related, will be used as a whole and are incidental to each other and the customer declares that the partial fulfillment of the order does not serve his needs or interests, in which case the company must cancel the entire order.
