B. Terms of Service
I. Participation in the service is permitted exclusively to persons who have reached the age of eighteen (18) and have full legal capacity. Each User expressly declares and guarantees that upon registration on the website he will provide true, accurate and complete information and that he has the required legal requirements, as well as the necessary capacity to understand the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.
II. The Company offers for sale through the website products from manufacturers from various sectors, with emphasis on that of watches. The promotion of products may be carried out at special prices and for a specific time or quantity under the more specific terms and conditions posted each time.
III. The expression of interest in purchasing a product, as well as the creation of a personal account on the website Eviliohome.gr constitutes explicit acceptance and consent on the part of the user to future marketing regarding products and services herein.
IV. Zero Product Price Some products may display a zero price at intervals throughout the day. This is due to availability updates from our suppliers where the system will temporarily display unavailable products with a zero price until the check is completed with all our suppliers.
Products with a zero price are not available for sale and in the event of an order being placed, it will be automatically canceled by the system.
The data stored for the information of the participants will always be kept in accordance with Law 2472/1997, Law 3471/2006 and the Decisions and Directives of the Personal Data Protection Authority. Participants reserve the right to request at any time and without charge the confirmation, modification or deletion of their data and their exclusion from receiving electronic messages, by contacting the organizing company.

C. Purchase process with simple steps
I. Each visitor to the website has the opportunity to express interest in purchasing a product through the personal account, which he/she is asked to set up.
At the stage of its establishment, it completes the required information in the corresponding fields (name, telephone number, product shipping address, email address), while it expressly declares that it accepts, after careful reading, the present terms.
II. After logging in to the website each time through his personal account, he selects the offer he is interested in. The purchase is made under the more specific terms that are listed each time next to the selected product. More specific terms may apply especially in the case of products that are offered at special discount prices for a limited time and bear a special marking for this purpose.
III. The interested party is then asked to choose the method of payment for the selected product/products (for more details on the options provided below under E).
IV. The expression of interest is made by pressing the “Complete order” button. At this point, in the event that a credit card or PayPal has been selected as the payment method, the amount, which corresponds to the value of the product, is reserved in the name and on behalf of the Company.
V. Upon successful completion of the order, a relevant confirmation is sent to the user's email address, which includes the following information:

VI. After payment for the selected product has been confirmed (an exception is established in the case where cash on delivery has been selected as the payment method, in which case the product is paid for simultaneously with its delivery), it is sent for shipment and delivery to the address indicated by the buyer during the ordering process.
At the same time, upon shipment, the buyer receives a new email, through which he is informed about the shipment and its code.
VII. Upon delivery of the product, the legal documents (delivery note - receipt) are attached and provided to the Buyer, which include the value of the purchase.
VIII. Due to the nature of online shopping and in view of the lack of physical contact with the items to be purchased, the expectations of the final recipient may be disappointed by the selected product. The Company attempts, through the completeness of the descriptions, which it posts on the website, to provide the interested party with all necessary information.
IX. The Buyer may withdraw without justification from the contract for the sale of the product or service within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product, by notifying the company in writing of his request at info@eviliohome.gr (article 4 par.10 of Law 2251/1994). The relevant terms and possibilities are listed in more detail below under G.
X. All products are available with a manufacturer's warranty. In the event of damage or any future operational problem, they are sent directly to the manufacturer for repair (repair). The company does not intervene in the process and bears no responsibility for the removal of technical malfunctions.
XI. With regard to the promotion, distribution and purchase of products, the provisions of the current legislation on Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994, as currently in force with Law 3587/2007), as well as the Directives issued based on European Union law, apply.
D. Personal account
I. Each interested party creates a personal account on Eviliohome.gr, in order to make it possible to carry out the desired transactions.
At the same time, it makes it possible to check previous purchases, as well as facilitate future ones, receive information about the account status and modify personal information, in order to avoid inaccuracies.
II. Each registered user (member) of Eviliohome.gr is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of his/her account password. He/she must immediately and without delay notify the website management of any attempt to breach his/her electronic account or any case of its use by a third party without authorization.
III. Eviliohome.gr reserves the right to exclude any member from using the website and its services in the event of a violation of the terms of this Agreement.
IV. The members' data held may be communicated at any time to the competent judicial, police and administrative authorities, upon their legitimate request and in accordance with the applicable legislative provisions.
E. Payment Process
With the sole aim of facilitating transactions with the Company, the opportunity is provided to any interested party to repay the price corresponding to the selected product, in any possible way.

IV. Cash on delivery
Purchase of a product via cash on delivery is not excluded. Payment is made in cash to the employee of the shipping company. The customer who chooses cash on delivery is charged an additional fee of 3.50 euros for purchases under 69 euros.
F. Canceling an order before product delivery
The buyer has the right to cancel the order, the order placed before receiving the product. In this case, the buyer sends a cancellation statement to the email address info@eviliohome.gr or contacts the Company's HelpDesk by phone during the above-described hours.
The Company will accept the cancellation and refund the price to the buyer - by crediting his credit card, if the transaction was made through it - if the purchased product has not been given for shipment. If it has already been given, then the cancellation will be considered a refund according to the terms listed below.
G. Withdrawal from the purchase – Product return terms
I. The buyer has the right to return the product he purchased and delivered to him for any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt. A necessary condition for the validity of the withdrawal is that the product has not been used and is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction carried out.
At the same time, to facilitate the process, it is recommended to complete the electronic form attached here and then send it electronically to info@eviliohome.gr .
The cost of return is borne exclusively by the withdrawer and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded , except in the case where defects are found in the product, in which case the costs are borne by the Company.
Specifically, the terms governing the return of a product are the following:
a. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
b. The product packaging must be in its original condition.
c. The returned product must not have been used and must not have suffered material damage.
d. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case where actual defects are found.
e. In the event that the product to be returned is received by the Company without prior payment of shipping costs, these costs are deducted from the amount to be refunded.
f. The buyer must place all legally required documents inside the packaging, in order to enable the cancellation of the specific sale.
In the event that the above conditions are not met, the product will not be received by the Company and will be returned to the sender, at his expense.
II. Upon return of the product and its receipt by the competent service department, the Company undertakes to replace the product with another similar and new one, in case the original one has proven to be defective (replacement).
In any other case, the buyer's personal account on the website is credited with the amount initially paid. The buyer is then given the option to use the credited amount to purchase another product of their choice.
If the new product has a higher price than the returned product, then the buyer must proceed with a new payment process to pay the difference. However, if the new product has a lower value than the returned product, then the Company will credit the buyer with the difference in accordance with the above.
III. In the event that, for any reason, the replacement of the product (with another identical or different one) is not an option of the buyer, the amount of money spent on the canceled purchase may be refunded. The method of refund is determined in consultation with the competent department and includes all possibilities (deposit to a bank account, PayPal, credit card or cash).
IV. Both the right to change and the right to return the product refer to the entire purchased product and cannot be exercised on only part of it (e.g. accessories that accompany the product).
V. Products made available by the company at special discount prices (offers) for a limited period of time may be excluded from the possibility of unwarranted withdrawal/return.
In this case, the products are specially marked, while their exclusion from the right of unwarranted return is clearly stated in the specific terms and conditions governing their sale. However, the right of return cannot be excluded and the buyer is entitled to return it to the company in the event that legal or actual defects are found in the delivered product.
H. Shipping method
The shipment of products is carried out through the company.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen by the buyer.
In the event that the purchase cost exceeds 49 euros, shipping is free.
When the product is shipped, the buyer receives an email containing details and instructions for receiving it.
NOTE: Orders placed on business days after 2:00 PM will be valid from the next business day. E.g. in the case of an order placed on Friday 2:30 PM it will be considered as placed on the next business day.
I. Limited license

It is expressly stated that the Company is in no way responsible for the content of these links or for any loss or damage caused to the user by browsing these pages.
L. Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights

The purchase of a product, as well as the creation of a personal account on the website Eviliohome.gr constitutes explicit acceptance and consent on the part of the user to future information regarding advertising or promotional actions (marketing) of products and services of this present via electronic messages. The data stored for the information of the participants will always be kept in accordance with L.2472/1997, L. L.3471/2006 and the Decisions and Directives of the Personal Data Protection Authority. The participants reserve the right to request at any time and without charge the confirmation, modification or deletion of their data and their exclusion from receiving electronic messages, by contacting the organizing company.
III. The Company does not disclose the information of the users of the website and the transactions, unless there is a written authorization from them or this is imposed by a court decision or a decision of another public authority. Only authorized employees have access to the information of the transactions, whenever this is deemed necessary. The user may request at any time the information held about him, as well as their correction, in case the existence of an error is documented.

O. Applicable law
The above terms and conditions are governed by and supplemented by Greek law, European Union law and relevant international treaties. Any provision of the above that is contrary to applicable laws shall automatically cease to be valid and shall be removed from this Agreement, without affecting the validity of the remaining terms.
